Transfer Purchase Order Advice (whina3212m000)
Use this session to convert confirmed purchase-order advice into actual purchase orders, which are stored in the Purchase Orders (tdpur4100m000) session.
The following actions are carried out:
- Add new purchase-order lines to an existing purchase order.
- Update existing lines on an existing purchase order.
- Roll up quantities from different purchase-order advice for the same item.
- Record links between purchase-order lines and the related sales orders so that LN can determine which sales orders are linked to a particular purchase-order line.
- Delete purchase-order advice which are transferred.
- Generate transactions.
