Preferred Resources (tsspc0123m000)

Use this session to define preferred resource for group planning. You can define preferred engineer for service orders, work orders, projects, Non-Conformance reports, Corrective Action Plans, Job Shop Orders and Projects (PCS) or you can define the preferred department for planned activities.

Field Information

Attribute Group: The ID of the attribute group for which preferred resource is defined.
Employee: The code of the employee.

Note: Infor LN does not allow you to define employees for planned activities.
Name: The name of the employee.
Department: The ID of the service department.

Note: Infor LN does not allow you to define service departments for service orders, work orders, projects, Non-Conformance reports, Corrective Action Plans, Job Shop Orders and Projects (PCS).
Description: The description or name of the code.
