Create Rental Equipment Request (tssoc5250m000)

Use session to create a rental equipment request based on the specified data. When you specify the data and use the Createoption, Infor LN creates rental equipment request(s) in the Equipment Rental Requests (tssoc5150m000)session.

Field Information

Call: The code of the call for which the rental equipment request must be created.
Request Description: The description of the request.
Item: The code of the rental equipment ( serialized item) for which the rental equipment request must be created.
Serial Number: The serial number of the rental equipment for which the rental equipment request must be created.
Operated Equipment: If this check box is selected,, the item for which the rental request must be created, requires an operator.
Item Description: The description or name of the code.
Quantity: The number of items to be rented.
Quantity Unit: The unit in which the quantity is expressed.
Sold-to Business Partner: The code of the sold-to business partner. The rental equipment must be rented to this business partner.
Item Description: The description or name of the code.
Service Office: The code of the service office linked to the rental equipment.
Description: The description or name of the code.
Service Type: The code of the service type linked to the rental equipment.
Description: The description or name of the code.
Reference Activity: The code of the reference activity linked to the rental equipment.
Description: The description or name of the code.
Request Text: The additional information related to the rental request.
Rental Period: The period for which the rental equipment is rented out.
Rental Period Unit: The unit in which the Rental Period is expressed.
From: The expected start date and time of the rental period.
To: The expected end date and time of the rental period.
