Generate Orders (tssoc5220m000)
Use this session to generate orders for a (range of) field change order line(s).
Field Information
- Sold-to Business Partner

The From and To fields define a range of: sold-to business partners for which the orders are generated.
- Order Type

The type of order that is generated for the Field Change Orders (FCO).
Allowed values
- Service Order
- Customer Claim
- Field Change Order

The From and To fields define a range of: Field Change Order (FCO).
- Line Number

The From and To fields define a range of: line numbers used to distinguish the line from the other lines listed for the FCO.
- Installation Group

The From and To fields define a range of: installation groups for which the orders are generated.
- Alternate Serial Number

The From and To fields define a range of: alternate serial numbers for which the orders are generated.
- Series

The service orders you generate will belong to this series.
Each service order will have the same series code, followed by a unique sequential number that is generated by LN.
- Use Parallel Planning of Activities

If this check box is selected, the service order activities will be planned at the same time instead of one after the other.
- Series

The code of the series for which the customer claim is generated.
Note: The value in this field is defaulted from the Service User Profiles (tsmdm1150m000) session. - Description
