Mobile Service Parameters (tssoc0102m000)

Use this session to define the parameters for Mobile Service.

Note: The parameters can be defined only if the Mobile Field Service check box is selected in the Implemented Software Components (tccom0100s000) session.

Field Information

Introduction Date

The date and time when the parameter set is defined and active.

Description

The description or name of the code.

Issue Material

Indicate when the material issue is processed.

Allowed values

At Synchronization: Used material is issued from the inventory when synchronizing the changes from Mobile Service with Infor LN.
At Activity Completion: Used material is issued from the inventory when the completion of the service order activity is reported in Mobile Service.
At Visit Finalization: Used material is issued from the inventory when the visit is signed-off and finalized in Mobile Service.
Manually: Issuing material from the inventory is not triggered from Mobile Service, but is handled in Infor LN manually.

Show Service Orders with status Costed in Mobile Service

If this check box is selected, Infor LN displays the service orders with the status, Costed, in Mobile Service.

Issue Material from Car only when Transfer Order is completed

If this check box is selected, and a warehouse transfer order is created for a service order estimated material cost line, to deliver the material from a warehouse in a service car, the material can be issued from the service car only after the linked warehouse transfer order is processed.

Note: Infor LN considers only the service order estimated material cost lines with the Delivery Type, From Warehouse in Car

Visit Report for Mobile Service on Windows Devices

Indicate the method to generate the visit report for the Windows version of Infor LN Mobile Service when a Service Order Visit is finalized in a Windows version of Mobile Service and synchronized with LN.

Allowed values

Based on Standard Report in LN: The report is generated in the Mobile Service Application based on the Visit Report Template.
Based on Visit Report Template: The report is generated in LN based on Standard Report used in LN.

Distribute Visit Report with DOM when finalizing Visit

If this check box is selected, the finalized visit reports are sent to DOM for document distribution.
