Service Order Quote Totals by Term Type (tsctm1501m400)
This session lists the total amounts (costs, sales, and gross margin) detailed by term type for the selected service-order quotation.
These amounts are summed from all Installation group and service type combinations that are linked to the service-order quotation.
The Control tab gives similar information related to spent and allocated costs.
Note: If a surcharge or
discount has been attached at the term level and/or at the service-order header level,
this is added to the calculated sales amount displayed.
