Use this session to maintain the selected traveling cost-term that is associated with the coverage term that is selected from the warranty.

Note: If you must change the terms, after a certain number of visits for example, then a new coverage term must be created.

Distance Unit

The time duration unit that is defined in the General Service Parameters (tsmdm0100m000) session.

Total Distance

The average travel distance of the service area multiplied by the number of visits covered.

Cost Amount

The sum of the mileage cost amount and the engineer cost amount displayed on the Cost Details tab.

Cost Amount

Your company's reference currency, which is defined in the Companies (tcemm1170m000) session.

Sales Amount

If you specify a call-out charge on the Cost Details tab, LN displays the amount of the call-out charge multiplied by the number of visits covered.

If the call-out charge is zero (0), LN displays the sum of the mileage sales amount and the engineer sales amount displayed on the Cost Details tab.

Estimated Allocated Costs

The allocated costs amount based on the estimated service order cost lines and the estimated maintenance sales coverage lines.

  • The amount is expressed in the home currency.
  • This field is displayed only if the Use Coverage Calculation for Estimates check box is selected in:
    • The Service Order Parameters (tssoc0100m000) session.
    • The Maintenance Sales Control Parameters (tsmsc0100m000) session.

The allocated sales amount based on the estimated service order cost lines and the estimated maintenance sales coverage lines.
