The code of the cancellation reason. The reason must be of the type Cancellation defined in the Reasons (tcmcs0105m000) session.

The date and time when the claim is canceled. LN populates current date and time. You cannot change this data.
- Cancel Text

The reason for cancelling the entire claim.

If this check box is selected, LN prints a report with a statement that customer claim is cancelled.

If this check box is selected, LN prints an error report with the reason for the cancellation of the customer claim.
