Approve Entire Customer Claim (Line) (tscmm1210m000)
Use this session to approve a customer claim or customer claim lines. You can access this session using the option in these sessions:
- Customer Claims (tscmm1100m000)
- Customer Claim Lines (tscmm1110m000)
- Customer Claim (tscmm1600m000)
- Customer Claim Lines (tscmm1110m000)
- Customer Claim Lines (tscmm1110m200)
Note: You can access this session only if the
Approval Decision for Customer Claim Required check box is selected for the linked service
type in the Service Types (tsmdm0130m000) session.
Field Information
- Claim

The code of the customer claim that must be approved.
Note: This field is displayed only when the session is accessed from the Customer Claims (tscmm1100m000) session. - Description

The description or name of the code.
Note: This field is displayed only when the session is accessed from the Customer Claims (tscmm1100m000) session. - Claim Line

The customer claim line number that must be approved.
- Reason

The reason code for the approval of the customer claim (line).
Note:- You can select only the reason for which the Reason Type field is set to Claim Approval in the Reasons (tcmcs0105m000).
- You can specify this value only if the customer claim is not Rejected.

The description or name of the code.
- Date

The date and time when the customer claim (line) is approved.

The additional information related to the customer claim approval process.
