Service Resolution - Probability Analysis (tsclm3150m000)
Use this session to list the service resolutions for call, service order, maintenance sales order and work order. The session also display the calls contributed to a particular probability percentage.
When a call is solved, the data displayed in this session gets updated and a record is inserted in this table with values for all the listed fields.
When the call is transferred to a Service Order Activity session or Maintenance Sales Orders (tsmsc1100m000) session, a record is inserted in this entity based on the inputs of all the fields available at that time.
