Update Engineer and Location Address (tscfg2700m000)

Use this session to replace or update an engineer with a new engineer. This session also can be used to replace or update a location address.

Replace

The type of engineer who replaces the existing engineer.

Responsible Engineer
Installation Group Location Address
Serialized Item Location Address

If this check box is selected, the Search Results - Update Engineer and Location Address (tscfg2120m000) session is displayed.

Free

If this check box is selected, the orders with the status Free are updated.

Note: You must select atleast one of the statuses to proceed with the updating process.
Planned

If this check box is selected, the service order or service orders with the status Planned are updated.

Note: You must select atleast one of the statuses to proceed with the updating process.
Released

If this check box is selected, the service order or service orders with the status Released are updated.

Note: You must select atleast one of the statuses to proceed with the updating process.
Old Engineer

Select the Engineer from the Employees - Service (tsmdm1140m000) session, who must be replaced or updated.

Note: 

This field is enabled only if the Replace field is set to:

  • Responsible Engineer
  • Engineer Field Service Installation Grp
  • Engineer Depot Repair Installation Grp
  • Engineer Field Service Serialized Item
  • Engineer Depot Repair Serialized Item
Old Engineer

The name of the Old Engineer.

New Engineer

Select the Engineer from the Employees - Service (tsmdm1140m000) session, who will replace the old engineer.

This field is enabled only if the Replace field is set to:

  • Responsible Engineer
  • Engineer Field Service Installation Grp
  • Engineer Depot Repair Installation Grp
  • Engineer Field Service Serialized Item
  • Engineer Depot Repair Serialized Item
New Engineer

The name of the new engineer.

Old Location Address

Select the Address from the Addresses (tccom4530m000) session that must be replaced or updated.

Old Location Address

The description of the old address.

New Location Address

Select the Address from the Addresses (tccom4530m000) session that must be replaced or updated.
