Top Down Budget Data (tpptc5510m000)
Use this session to display budgeted amounts by activity for the selected top down budget-version and project. Because LN works with a derived-from version structure, the data can come from an older (most recent) version.
Field Information
- Current Version

The current budget version, the version you work in at the moment for which you maintain the activity budgeted amounts. To change the current version, use the Change Current Version command in the appropriate menu.
- Version Status

The status of the version.
- Activity
- Version

The line version, which means the version this line is created in.
- Registration Date

The date of registration of the budgeted amounts in the version.
You can enter a date before the start date, because you may not know on what date the version becomes active.
- Budget Status

The budget status of the activity as a part of the top down budget version.
Allowed values
- Free

The changes are possible.
- Final

The changes are not possible.
Note: If the Version Status is set to Final in the Budget Version (tpptc5100s000) session for the project, the Budget Status for all the top down budget lines of that project is also set to Final status. - Currency

The currency of the budgeted amount of the activity. The currency rate is based on the budget time of the current version.
