Delete Budget Versions (tpptc5201m000)
Use this session to delete all data relating to one or a range of time phased budget versions for the selected project.
A special case applies where three top down versions are present, and you choose to delete the second one. In this case, you are prompted to indicate whether you want to merge the second version with the third one, and continue. If you respond with 'No', none of the three versions will be deleted.

If this check box is selected, Infor LN includes versions with the Budget Status set to Final during the deletion of the versions. Else, only budget versions with the status, Free can be deleted.
- Time Phased Budget Data

If this check box is selected, existing time-phased-budget data for the selected version(s) is deleted. If the version you want to delete has such data you must select this check box otherwise the version cannot be deleted.
- Earned Value Method Related Data

If this check box is selected, the earned-value-data that exists for the selected version(s) is deleted, so that you can delete the version as well.
- Generated Time Phased Budget Data

If this check box is selected, existing generated time-phased-budget data for the selected version(s) is deleted. If the version you want to delete has such data you must select this check box otherwise the version cannot be deleted.
Note: Also select this check box if a time phased budget analysis code exists that makes use of the selected version(s). The code will be deleted along with the version(s). - Generated Performance Measurement Data

If this check box is selected, existing generated performance measurement codes that make use of the selected version(s) are deleted. If the version you want to delete makes use of such codes you must select this check box otherwise the version cannot be deleted.
