Budget Type

Allowed values

Element

The project is used to monitor the cost of elements. This option is applicable only if an element budget is available for the source project.

Activity

The project is used to monitor the cost of activities. This option is applicable only if a bottom up activity budget is linked to the source project.

Note: By default, the element budget is used, if both the element and activity budget are defined for the project. If the element or activity is not defined for the source project, an error message is displayed.

Plan

The code that uniquely identifies the plan.

Update Mode

Update

The plan can be updated via the Generate Budget Cost Analysis (tpptc3200m000) session.

Read-only

The plan can no longer be updated via the Generate Budget Cost Analysis (tpptc3200m000) session. Select Read-only to prevent an initial budget or a specific budget version from being overwritten. This allows you to compare two budget-cost analysis versions via the Compare Budget Cost Analysis (tpptc3420m000) session.

Initial Budget

If this check box is selected, the budget cost analysis represents the initial budget data for a project. This is required so that the initial budget of a project can be captured and made available for future comparison. However, if the value of the Update Mode field is set to Read-only, the initial budget is frozen.

Creation Date

The date and time of creation of the data.

Date of Last Update

The date on which the latest budget cost analysis was performed using the Generate Budget Cost Analysis (tpptc3200m000) session for the selected budget-cost analysis version.

Last Modified by

The logon code of the user who performed the latest budget cost analysis in the Generate Budget Cost Analysis (tpptc3200m000) session for the selected budget-cost analysis code.

Description

If this check box is selected, extensions are included in the budget-cost analysis calculation.
