Planned Equipment Requests (tppss6125m000)

Use this session to view and maintain planned equipment requests. This session allows you to Approve Planned Equipment Requests and Transfer Planned Equipment Requests line to Service.
Note: This session can be accessed only if the Equipment as a Service check box is selected in the Implemented Software Components (tccom0100s000) session.

Project

The unique code that identifies the project.

Description

The name of the equipment.

Project Status

The current project status.

Allowed values

Free
Active
Finished
Closed

Planned Equipment Request

The unique code that identifies the planned equipment request.

Series Description

The description or name of the code.

Equipment

The equipment code.

Reference Type

The reference type for the planned equipment request.

Allowed values

Project

Specific to the selected project.

Standard

Common to all projects.

Description

The description or name of the code.

Serial Number

The serial number of the equipment. The serialized item defaults from Service.

Quantity

The quantity of the equipment.

Unit

The unit in which the quantity is measured.

Amount of Time

The amount of time for which the equipment request is created.

Time Unit

The unit in which the amount of time is expressed.

Ship-to Address

The address to which the equipment must be shipped. The address is defaulted from activity or project.

Name

The address details.

Request Status

The planned equipment request status.

Allowed values

Planned

The order can be either inserted manually or generated automatically. It will be replaced by the next generation run.

Firm-Planned

The order cannot be changed or deleted by a subsequent generation run. It can however be manually changed.

Approved

The order is protected from manual changes and also from the next generation run. Additionally, it can be transferred.

Transferred

The planned purchase order can be handed over to a purchase order in Procurement .

Canceled

The order is set to be deleted in the next generation run. (If the run is executed, this order is deleted unless you revise your decision).

Operated Equipment

If this check box is selected, the equipment is allocated with an assigned employee to operate the same.

Cost Rate

The currency in which the equipment cost is expressed.

Cost Rate

The cost rate of the equipment.

The image of the equipment is displayed, if present.

Element

The code that identifies the element.

Description

The description or name of the code.

Work Authorization Status

The work authorization status of the element.

Cost Component

The cost component associated with the equipment. This is informational only.

Description

The description or name of the code.

Text

The text related to the rental equipment request. This can be instrumental in defining aspects of the equipment like condition or additional needs.

Planned Request Date

The date on which the equipment request is created.

On Hire Date

The date on which the equipment is hired.

Expected Off Hire Date

The date on which the hired equipment must expire.

Transaction Date

The date is set at the latest change to the planned equipment request.

Requester

The code of the employee who creates the equipment request.

The name of the employee who creates the equipment request.

Planner

The planner.

Name

The name of the planner.

Service Office

The code of the service office. The value in this field is defaulted from the Service Office specified in the Item - Service (tsmdm2600m000) session.

Description

The description or name of the code.

Used as a Parent Request

Indicates if this request is used as parent request. This is required if another request has been linked using the child request option or a dependency is present for the request.

Child of Request

The dependent equipment request of another planned equipment request. . For example, a supporting piece of equipment like a bucket to be provided together with an excavator.
