Delete Activities (tppss2200m000)
Use this session to delete a selected range of activities.
Select the appropriate check boxes to:
- Delete the budget
- Delete activity relationships
- Delete baseline data
- Delete the child activities
Field Information
- Project

The code that uniquely identifies the project of which you want to delete activities.
- Plan
-
The code that uniquely identifies the plan of which you want to delete the activities.
- Activity

The From and To fields define a range of: activities.
- Budget
-
If this check box is selected, the budget data is deleted. The activity/budget line relationships also get deleted.
The budget data contains either
- The budget lines of the activity in the activity budget or
- The time-phased budget data of the activity
In both cases, the project status must be either free or active.
Note: If this check box is not selected (and the activity has either an activity budget or a time-phased budget), you cannot delete the activity. - Activity Relationships

If this check box is selected, the activity relationship data for the plan is deleted.
- Baseline Data

If this check box is selected, the baseline data is deleted. The baseline status of the active plan must be Free.
- Child Elements
-
If this check box is selected, the child elements in the activity structure are also deleted.
