Employee Search (tppdm8102m000)

Use this session.to search and maintain the employees for assignments based on skill, availability, trade group, department and address (at the selected country, state/province or city level). You can specify multiple search criteria to search the employee with the required skill set.

Note: 
  • You can also access this session from these sessions:

  • If accessed from above sessions, the search criteria is defaulted from these session, else, you must specify the search criteria.
  • In case error occurs, Infor LN displays an error message.

Field Information

Skill Level

The skill level based on which the employees are searched.

Allowed values

  • Selected Skill: This option is applicable when no skill set reference is provided.
  • Mandatory Skills: This option is applicable when the skill set of the employee contains at least one mandatory skill.
  • All Skills: This option is applicable when no mandatory skill is available in the skill set of the employee but at least one other skill is available.

The skillset reference is retrieved (if available) from the required skills defined in these sessions:

  • The Required Skills for Estimate Lines (Labor) (tpest2101m000) session if this session is accessed from the Estimate Lines (tpest2100m000) session

Selected Skill

The skill of the employee based on which the employee can be searched.

Search

Searches the employee based on the skill specified in the Selected Skill field.

Clear

Clears the employee search results that is displayed based on the skill specified in the Selected Skill field.

Check Availability

If this check box is selected, the employee search is performed based on the employee availability for assignments.

Start Date

The date and time from which the employee is available for the assignments.

Note: This field is enabled only if the Check Availability check box is selected.
End Date

The date and time till which the employee is available for the assignments.

Note: This field is enabled only if the Check Availability check box is selected.
Check Trade Group

If this check box is selected, the employee search is performed based on the trade group of the employee.

Trade Group

The trade group of the employee.

Note: This field is enabled only if the Check Trade Group check box is selected.
Description

The description or name of the code.

Check Department

If this check box is selected, the employee search is performed based on the department of the employee.

Department

The department of the employee.

Note: This field is enabled only if the Check Department check box is selected.
Description

The description or name of the code.

Use Address

If this check box is selected, the employee search is performed based on the address of the employee.

Address

The address of the employee.

Note: This field is enabled only if the Use Address check box is selected.

The description or name of the code.

Check address based on

The level based on which the address of the employee is considered for the employee search.
