Third Party (tppdm0132s000)

Use this session to maintain details for the currently selected third party. In each case, the details include information on a contact name and address code.

Note: Use the Maps section to view the location of the Postal Address Code and the Visiting Address Code. You must select only one record at a time.

Field Information

Third Party Type: The code that identifies the third party type.
Description: The description or name of the code.
Third Party: The code that identifies the third party.
Name: The description or name of the code.
Contact: The name of a contact person in the third party organization. You can use the Contacts (tccom4540m000) session to add a new contact.
Postal Address Code: The postal address code for the current third party. You can use the Addresses (tccom4530m000) session to add a new postal code.
Name: The description or name of the code.
Visiting Address Code: The postal code of the current third party's visiting address. You can use the Addresses (tccom4530m000) session to add a new postal code.
