Use this session to delete and/or archive the data in these sessions:
- Contract History (tpctm1102m000)
- Contract Line History (tpctm1112m000)
- Contract Deliverables History (tppdm7110m100)
Performance aspects

Allowed values
- Delete Only

Deletes the selected data.
- Archive Only

The selected data up to a specified date is saved by copying the data to an archiving company.
- Archive and Delete

The selected data is copied to an archiving company and deleted.
- Keep Last Transaction

If this check box is selected, the most recent transaction from the selected range of transactions is not deleted.
- Archive Text

If this check box is selected, Infor LN also archives the associated text.
- Overwrite Text

If this check box is selected, texts that already exist in the archive company are replaced by the original text.
- Up To Date

The date and time up to which the data must be deleted or archived.
- Original Company

The code of the current company, for which the data must be deleted or archived.

The code of the archive company in which the archived data is stored.
