Publish Project Data (tpbod0200m000)

Use this session to publish LN Project data to Infor ION for transfer to other software applications.

The following Project data can be published:

Projects
Labor costs
Sundry costs
Project balances
Project period balances
Project costs
Project extensions
Project bids
Project estimates
Project installments (revenues)
Project budgets
Project progress

If errors occur during the publication process or if other software applications require a new set of data, you can run this session again.

Note:

The tabs in this session represent the nouns in a Business Object Document (BOD).
Publishing is not target specific, which means that messages are delivered to all subscribers.

Options

Mode

Count

Data is not published, but counted. The number of records is displayed on the report.

Simulate

A report is generated that simulates the publication of data. The transfer of data is only displayed, not processed.

Note: The entire XML message is composed and saved in the Infor ION outbox. However, the transaction is aborted and not committed as in the real situation. This allows you to view and solve the errors that are displayed on the report before you publish your data.

Publish

Data is published.

Size

The number of records that must be simulated.

If you enter a value of 100, the first 100 records that fall within the selection criteria must be simulated.

Default value

The default value is zero, which means all records that fall within the selection range are simulated.

Note: This field is enabled only if the Mode field is set to Simulate

Selection Range

Company: The company range for which the data must be published.

Settings

Use Verb

Specify the type of BODs that must be published.

Allowed values

Use Process/Sync Verb: Based on the routes in Infor ION, the session publishes Process or Sync BODs.
Use Show Verb: The session publishes Show BODs.

Note: This field is enabled only if the Mode field is set to Simulate.

Logical ID(s)

Show BODs do not use ION routes and are sent directly to other applications. Use this field to specify the logical ID(s) of the receiving application.

Note: This field is enabled only if the Use Verb field is set to Use Show Verb.

Logging

If this check box is selected, published BODs are logged.

Output

Specify the log output.

Allowed values

DocumentID: Only the IDs of the published BODs are logged in a file.
BOD: The entire XML file is logged for the published BODs.

Note: This field is enabled only if the Logging check box is selected.

Single XML-file per BOD

If this check box is selected, a separate log file is generated for each published BOD.

If this check box is cleared, one log file is generated with the xml of all published BODs.

Note: This check box is only available if the Output field is set to BOD.

Location

The server or client to which the output files must be written.

Note: This field is enabled only if the Logging check box is selected.

Directory

The directory on the server or client to which the output files must be written.

Note: This field is enabled only if the Logging check box is selected.

ProjectMaster

ProjectMaster: If this check box is selected, projects with their activity structure are published.

ProjectExtension

If this check box is selected, extensions are published.

LaborCostMaster

Standard: If this check box is selected, standard labor cost objects are published.
Project: If this check box is selected, project-specific labor cost objects are published.

SundryCostMaster

Standard: If this check box is selected, standard cost objects relating to sundry costs are published.
Project: If this check box is selected, project-specific cost objects relating to sundry costs are published.

ProjectBalance

ProjectBalance: If this check box is selected, cost control by activity is published.

ProjectPeriodBalance

If this check box is selected, performance measurement by activity/ cost type is published

ProjectBid

If this check box is selected, bids are published.

ProjectCosts

History: If this check box is selected, the history data related to the project costs is published.
Interim Results: If this check box is selected, the interim results related the project costs are published.
EAC Material: If this check box is selected, the estimate at completion material data related to the project costs is published.
EAC Labor: If this check box is selected, the estimate at completion labor data related to the project costs is published.
EAC Equipment: If this check box is selected, the estimate at completion equipment data related to the project costs is published.
EAC Subcontracting: If this check box is selected, the estimate at completion subcontracting data related to the project costs is published.
EAC Sundry: If this check box is selected, the estimate at completion sundry costs related to the project costs are published.
EAC Overhead: If this check box is selected, the estimate at completion overhead related to the project costs are published.

ProjectRevenue I

Manual: If this check box is selected, the manually specified project revenues are published.
History: If this check box is selected, the history data related project revenues is published.
Interim Results: If this check box is selected, the interim results related to the project revenues are published.

ProjectRevenue II

Advance Payment Request

If this check box is selected, the advance payment requests related to the project revenues are published.

Installment

If this check box is selected, the installments related to the project revenues are published.

Installment Extra Work

If this check box is selected, the extra work of the installments related to the project revenues is published.

Holdback

If this check box is selected, the holdbacks related to the project revenues is published.

Fees

If this check box is selected, the contract fee related to the project revenues are published.

Progress Payment Request

If this check box is selected, the progress payment requests related to the project revenues are published.

Delivery Based

If this check box is selected, the delivery based invoices related to the project revenues are published.

ProjectBudget

If this check box is selected, project budgets are published.

Time Phased

If this check box is selected, Infor LN publishes project budgets in a time phased manner.

ProjectProgress

If this check box is selected, project activity progress is published.

Progress is retrieved from the Activity Physical Progress (tpppc1560m000) session.

ProjectContract

If this check box is selected, the contracts linked to the projects are published.

The contracts are retrieved from the Contracts (tpctm1100m000) session.

ProjectContractDeliverable

Label is set in script: If this check box is selected, the contract deliverables related to the project are published.

ProjectContractInstallment

Label is set in script: If this check box is selected, the contract installments related to the project are published.

Specific

LnUserDefinedStructure: If this check box is selected, the user defined structure related to the project is published.
