Activity Relationship (tppss2110m000)

Use this session to maintain activity relationships. You can define successor and predecessor activity relationships using this session.

This session can be accessed from the Activities (tppss2100m000) session and Project Schedule (tppss2700m100) session using the Create Successor Activity Relationship and Create Predecessor Activity Relationship option.

The code of the project.

Description

The description or name of the code.

Project Status

The status of the project.

Sequence Number

The sequence number. This number is generated based on the first free number defined in the activity relationship series set in the Project Planning Parameters (tppss0100s000) session.

Predecessor Activity

The preceding activity specified for the selected activity to define a relationship.

Note: To create a predecessor activity relationship, the successor activity is defaulted with the selected activity.
Description

The description or name of the code.

Successor Activity

The succeeding activity specified for the selected activity to define a relationship.

Note: To create a successor activity relationship, the predecessor activity is defaulted with the selected activity.
Relationship Type

The relationship type to define the dependencies between the predecessor and successor activities. By default, the relationship type is set to Finish-to-Start.

Lead/Lag

Lead time is the overlap between activities with a dependency. By default, this value is set to 0.

Lead/Lag Unit

The unit in which the lead time or lag time is expressed.

Lead/Lag Percentage

The relative relationship expressed as a percentage of the duration of the preceding activity. The lead/lag time and percentage cannot be specified simultaneously.
