Defining Process Variables

In the Process Variables (tirou0105m000) details session, you must enter the process variable's name, the unit in which the measurements are made (for example, meters, or kilograms), and how the measurement deviation is expressed: as an absolute value, or as a percentage.

Note: The process variables can be linked to operations or operation steps, after which the operators on the job shop can use the variables to check if the production process proceeds well, or to operate and adjust the process.
