Displaying Materials to Issue for Production Orders

You can only change the quantity if the production order has one of the following statuses:

  • Released
  • Active
  • Production Completed
  • Completed

If the Estimated Costs Frozen check box in the Production Order (tisfc0101s000) session is selected, you can still change the operation. However, if the estimated costs are frozen, you cannot change the following:

  • The item
  • The warehouse if the valuation price on the calculation date differs for the new and the old warehouse.

Furthermore, note the following:

  • You can modify the warehouse if the value of the Actual Quantity field and the To Issue by Warehousing field equals 0.
  • You can adjust the materials without influencing the estimated end item unit costs.
  • If the estimated costs are frozen, you can adjust the materials in this session without influencing the estimated costs.
  • If the Financial Transactions by Work Center check box is selected, the old and new operation must be in the same operation set.

Phantoms

The material for one or more phantoms can be part of a production order's estimated material. If you want to add and explode a phantom for a production order, click Add/Explode Phantom in the appropriate menu. For more information, refer to Adding and exploding phantoms in a production order.
