Order Block Sequencer (tisfc4220m000)

Use this session to group and sequence machine operations for a machine capacity group that contains a changeover critical machine for a plan group and site combination.

Field Information

Site: The site for which the machine operations are sequenced.
Plan Group: The plan group to which machine operations are sequenced.
Work Center: The work center within the plan group for which the machine operations are sequenced.
Machine Type: The machine type within the plan group for which the machine operations are sequenced.
Machine Number: The machine number within the plan group for which the machine operations are sequenced.
Start Date: The date the first sequenced machine operation is scheduled to start.
Horizon Date: The last date for which machine operations are obtained for sequencing. The original planned finish date of the machine operation is used as a selection criterium.
Exclude Orders of previous Block Runs: If this check box is selected, machine operations that have been sequenced in previous runs are excluded from sequencing.
Delete previous Block Runs: If this check box is selected, the previously sequenced block runs are deleted.
Automatic Update Production Orders: If this check box is selected, the production orders the machine operations belong to are automatically updated after sequencing.
