Report Quantities Machine Operations (tisfc4101m100)

Use this session to report quantities produced on machine operations.

Field Information

Item: The end item produced.
Reference Operation: The reference operation ID.
Setup Time: The time needed to setup the machine for production in minutes.
Process Time: The time needed to manufacture the specified item.
Remaining Production Time (Total): The time remaining to complete the machine operation in hours.
Completed: The quantity end item reported completed.
Process: Use this button to process the completed quantity.
Rejected: The quantity of end item rejected.
Reject Reason: The reason items were rejected.
Effectivity Unit: A reference number, for example specified on a sales order line or project deliverable line, used to model deviations for a unit effective item.
Lot Code: The lot code.
Serial Number: serial number
Process Inspection: If this check box is selected, items from this machine operation will be inspected.
Inspection Order: If this check box is selected, an inspection order for the end product is present.
Next Operation at: The operation specified in this field must be performed after the current operation is completed.
