Shift - Materials (tirpt4121m100)

Use this session to maintain material for schedule lines that have the end item reported as complete for a specific work cell and shift.

Note: 
  • To return the already issued materials, select the material line and decrease the material quantity.
  • To issue more materials, select the material line and increase the material quantity.

Field Information

Work Cell

The work cell code.

Shift

The shift name.

Product

The item that is produced.

Schedule

The ID of the schedule.

Line

The schedule line number.

Status

The shift status.

Allowed values

Free

Run schedule is controlled by the planning engine.

Released

Run schedule complete, changes can only be made manually.

Active

Production run schedule is being implemented.

Production Completed

All schedule lines for the production run were completed, but the run has not been closed.

Completed

All schedule lines for the production run were completed, and all completed products were delivered into inventory. You can still account hours and issue materials for the run schedule.

Closed

The run schedule was completed, changes can no longer be made.

Position

The position number of the material line.

Material

The component item that is part of the manufactured item (the standard material) used in the specified shift.

Unit

The inventory unit for the material.

Net Quantity

The net quantity of the material needed for the production schedule line.

Actual Quantity

The actual quantity issued from inventory.

Scrap Percentage

Estimated Quantity

The estimated quantity of material required. This value is based on the Net Quantity specified for the particular production schedule line.

To Issue

The material quantity that must be issued. It is defined with the following formula:

Estimated - Backflushed
Point of Usage

The shop floor warehouse linked to the work station that contains the material for the production of the repetitive item.

Backflush

If this check box is selected, the schedule line materials are backflushed.
