Change Job Shop Operations (tirou4201m000)

Use this session to perform a change in content on a series of Job Shop Routing Operations. At a time, you can perform a change in only one field of an operation. If three fields of an operation are to be changed, the session must be run three times, using the same Change Note. You can either create a new change note to link the change or choose an existing note that is open.

Reason
The reason for performing the change.
Note: This field is displayed only if the Change Notes Active check box is selected in the Product Engineering Parameters (timfc0100m000) session.
New Revision
Effective Date
The date and time from when the change is effective.
Target Routings
Site
The site ID.
Work Center
The code of the work center.
Note: The work center must be linked to the specified Site.
Machine Type
The machine type used in the work center. The machine capacity group is defined by the work centre and the machine type.
Note: 
  • You must specify this value if the Machine Capacity Groups check box is selected in the Work Center (tirou0601m000) session.
  • The combination of Site, Work Center, and Machine Type must exist for the combination in the Machine Capacity Groups.
Reference Operation
The code of the reference operation.
Note: The Reference Operation must exist for the specified combination of Site, Work Center, and Machine Type.
Routing Code
The routing code.
Note: This value can be defined only if the Work Center and the Reference Operation are specified.
Change Value
Change Value
If this check box is selected, you can specify the values by which the job shop operation field must be changed.
Change Sign

Indicate if you must change any values by increasing or decreasing the unit of an operation such as Queue time, Move time, and Wait time.

  • The Number of Machines option is enabled only if the Machine Type is specified.
  • Labor Resources for Setup and Labor Resources for Production options are enabled only if theWork Center Type is other than Subcontracting in the Work Centers (tirou0101m000) session.
