Choose Component Type in Interactive Copy Action (tipcs2234m000)
You can use this session to choose a component type when you perform a copy action interactively.
Field Information
- Manufactured Item

The code of the manufactured item.
The item to be selected must be predefined in the Item - Production (tiipd0101m000) session. You can only enter an item of the Manufactured type.
- Position

The manufactured item's position number on the bill of material.

The sequence number is a subdivision of the position number. There is only BOM line for each sequence number.

The order system of the specified item.
Allowed values
- SIC
- Planned
- FAS item
- Manual
- Customizable

If this check box is selected, the item will be customized by default. The setting of this check box is defaulted to the Make Customized check box on the sales quotation- and sales order-line.
Customization, which also requires generation of a product structure, is applicable for these items:
- Generic items, which must always be customized.
- Product, Purchased, and Manufactured items, only if the Make Customized check box is selected on the customer order. The setting of this check box can be modified on the customer order.
- Standard items that have anonymous inventory and for which the Make Customized check box is selected on the customer order.
Note: The setting of the With PCS check box determines whether a project structure will also be generated, and consequently, a PCS project is linked to the customized item. - Project
