Setting the component release

The Infor component release the users are currently working in can be set in the Enterprise Modeler Parameters (tgbrg0135s000) session as the Running ERP Component.

  1. In the Components (tgbrg5157m000) session check if a component release for the new LN version is available. If not, then you must create one.
  2. From the appropriate menu in the Components (tgbrg5157m000) session, select Parameters.
  3. Specify the password (DEM or BAAN).
  4. In the Enterprise Modeler Parameters (tgbrg0135s000) session ensure the Running ERP Component is the new LN version.
  5. Click Save and Exit.
  6. Highlight the component release of the new LN version and from the appropriate menu select Applications by Component. The session Application by Component (tgbrg5155m000) is displayed.
    • If no applications are available for the selected component, then you must select from the appropriate menu, Import Applications from Running ERP. The Import Applications from Running ERP Component (tgbrg5255m000) session is displayed. Do not select any options and click Import.
    • If applications are available for the selected component, then you must select from the appropriate menu, Import Applications from Running ERP. The Import Applications from Running ERP Component (tgbrg5255m000) session is displayed. Select all options and click Import. Print the report to Excel and review the changes. If OK, then you can clear the option Test Run and click Import.
