Archive / Delete Journal Books (tfgld5212m000)
This functionality is specific for Italy.
Use this session to archive and/or delete journal book data.
You can only archive and/or delete journal book sections that have the status Summary Printed.
If you run this session, LN clears the Journal Book Transactions (tfgld511) and the Journal Book Summaries (tfgld512) tables. The Journal Books (tfgld510) table is not cleared because it is required for the period range sequence control.
Field Information

Journal book sections that were finally printed this year or in previous years are archived and/or deleted.

The From and To fields define a range of: journal book sections for which you archive and/or delete the journal book data.

If this check box is selected, Infor LN archives the general data from Common .
- Financials

If this check box is selected, Infor LN archives the master data from Financials .
- Type of Process

- Original Company

The code of the company for which archiving is done.

The description or name of the code.
- Archive-to Company

The archive company to which the data is transferred.
Note:- This is a display field.
- Infor LN defaults this value from the Archive-to Company field in the Implemented Software Components (tccom0500m000) session.
