Budget Defaults by Ledger Accounts/Dimensions (tffbs0504m000)

Use this session to list the budget defaults per year, budget, and ledger account.

Note: If you have started this session by zooming, you can only find and select a record.

Field Information

Year / Budget

The budget year.

Default value

The default value will be the current fiscal year.

The budget for which you want to display/maintain an default value.

Flexible Budget

If this check box is selected, the specified budget is a single dimension budget.

Number of Periods

Indicate the total number of periods as can be defined per budget.

Note: The budget amounts and quantities will be distributed over the number of periods defined here.

Ledger Account

The ledger account linked to the budget.

Dimension 1

The dimension of dimension type 1 to which amounts of the previous selected account are allocated.

Distribution

The budget distribution as defined in the Budget Distribution (tffbs0101m000) session.

Variability %

The variability defined for the ledger account and dimension combination.

Default value

The default value is zero (0).

Base Rate

The rate used as a factor along with the number of units, to determine the budget amount.

Note: It can never be zero.
