Allocation Relations (tfcat4500m000)

Use this session to list the allocation relations.

For budget year and actual allocation relations, you can modify the details or add relations. Budget period relations are automatically filled and can be modified only. You cannot modify budget relations with a finalized budget.

Field Information

Relation

The allocation relation data type that is applicable can be actual or budgeted.

Period

The year to which the relation applies.

Period

Budget

The budget to which the relation applies.

Destination

The dimension type that will be debited.

Destination Dimension

The dimension that will be debited.

Destination Reference Unit

The reference unit of the debited dimension.

Allowed values

If no reference units are linked to the destination dimension the destination reference unit can be skipped.

Destination Ledger Account

The debited ledger account of the destination dimension.

Allowed values

A profit & loss ledger account with sublevel zero.

Source

The dimension type that will be credited.

Source Dimension

The dimension that will be credited.

Allowed values

A dimension with sublevel zero.

Source Reference Unit

The reference unit of the credited dimension.

Sequence No.

The allocation relation number. By means of this number, you can create several allocation relations for one source/destination combination.

Allocation Type

The allocation type depends on the other chosen parameters of the source reference unit. You must use a uniform allocation type within the combination of relation, year, budget, period, and source reference unit.

Quantity

The quantity that is allocated to another dimension.

Amount

The fixed amount that is debited from the destination dimension.

Percentage

The percentage of the budget or actual costs that must be debited from the destination dimension.

Source Ledger Account

The credited ledger account of the source dimension.

Allowed values

A Profit & Loss account with sublevel zero (0).
