Import Actual Performance (tfcat2220m000)

Use this session to import quantities from:

  • Logistic modules.
  • The General Ledger module.
  • People.
  • The Performance Budget by Period (tffbs1121m000) session in the Financial Budgeting System module.

Select a range of dimensions and reference units for which the actual performance must be imported.

Note:  LN only imports quantities for reference types with planning type Progressive.

Import budget figures

Select a budget. The performance budget per period is copied to the actual performance for the selected period range.

Import from Logistics

Based on the defined relations, this option imports the number of logistic units. You can define these relations in the Integration Scheme for Standard Cost Calculation (tffbs1530m000) session. For example, the number of sales orders for an item group is imported.

Import from the General Ledger (GLD) module

If the entered reference units contain filled Quantity 1 and/or Quantity 2 fields, the actual quantities that were saved in the general ledger history are imported.

Import from People

Based on the integration relations specified in the Integration Scheme for Hours (tfcat2521m000) session, the actual hours are imported. In multisite environments, the logistic company must be specified.

Field Information

Logistic Company

Select a logistic company to import the actual performance from. Only if you are using a multi-logistic company structure.

Default value

The actual company.

Financial Budget System (FBS)

If this check box is selected, the performances are imported from the Performance Budget by Period (tffbs1121m000) session.

Logistics

If this check box is selected, the actual performance is imported from the logistic modules; for example, the number of sales orders by item group. Integration relations are defined in the Integration Scheme for Standard Cost Calculation (tffbs1530m000) session.

Quantities General Ledger (GLD)

If this check box is selected, the actual performance is imported from the general ledger. Quantities are only imported if quantity 1 and/or quantity 2 are filled in the Reference Units per Dimension (tffbs0530m000) session.

Include Non-Finalized Transactions

If this check box is selected, also not-finalized transactions are imported.

Amounts General Ledger (GLD)

If this check box is selected, then the balance of the surcharge base ledger account of the regarding reference unit in the financial period is taken from the GLD history table to fill the surcharge base amount.

Include Non-Finalized Transactions

If this check box is selected, also not-finalized transactions are imported.

Hours Accounting (Infor LN People)

If this check box is selected, the actual performance is imported from the Hours and Expenses module in People . See the Integration Scheme for Hours (tfcat2521m000) session.

Unit for Hours

If you selected the Hours Accounting (Infor LN People) check box, you must choose a unit for the imported hours.

Allowed values

Select a Time unit.

Old Values

Select what to do with existing values.

Insert Zero Values

If this check box is selected, records with zero performances will be inserted.

Performance aspects

The setting of this field could affect system performance and database growth. For more information, refer to Controlling.

If this check box is selected, the imported actual performances are printed in a report.
