Budget Authorizations (tfbgc1170m000)
Use this session to to assign authorizations at various levels such as Budget Account, Budget Level and Budget Structure.
Field Information
- Budget Year

The budget year.
- Short Description of Year

The description or name of the code.
- Budget

The budget code.
- Description

The description or name of the code.
- User

The user code of the LN user.
- Description

The name of the user.
- Authorization Level

The authorization level assigned to the user.
Allowed values

Budget Account
The authorization restriction are valid for the specified budget account. -
Budget Level
The authorization restrictions are applicable at the budget level. -
Budget Structure
The authorization restrictions are valid for all the budget levels and the budget accounts of the specified budget.

- Sequence

The sequence number generated for the budget level.
- Budget Level

The budget level. The field is enabled only when you set the Authorization Level field to Budget Level.
- GL Code

The GL code. The field is enabled only when you set the Authorization Level field to Budget Account.
- Account

The ledger account. The field is enabled only when you set the Authorization Level field to Budget Account.
- Account All Values

If this check box is selected, Account field is disabled, indicating that the restrictions or authorizations are valid for all the values of the account.
If this check box is cleared, you must select the budget account.
- Dimension 1

The dimension. The field is enabled only when you set the Authorization Level field to Budget Account.
- Dimension 1 All Values

If this check box is selected, the field is disabled, indicating that the restrictions or authorizations are valid for all the values.
If this check box is cleared, you must specify a value for which the authorizations are applicable.
- Display/ Print

If this check box is selected, user can view the data defined in the authorization line.
- Modify

If this check box is selected, user can modify the data defined in the authorization line.
- Maximum Amount

The maximum budget amount for which the user is authorized to view or modify in the authorization line.
The field is enabled only when the Modify check box is selected.
Note: The restrictions are not applicable when you enter zero. - Maximum Percentage

The maximum percentage of budget amount for which the user is authorized to modify in the authorization line.
The field is enabled only when the Modify check box is selected.
Note: The restrictions are not applicable when you enter zero.
