The statement of account letter number.

Language

The statement of account's language .

The sequence number

Default value

LN increments the number by one for every new record.

The number determines the sequence of the data.

Variable

The variable to specify the data included in the statement letter.

You can define a format for 16 different variables. For each variable you select, a column is printed on the statement letter.

Note: You can select one variable more than once and define different formats for it.

Format

The format to print the selected variable on a selected letter.

LN enters this format when the variable is defined. The format is determined by the following:

• The date format which is defined in the Statement Layout (tfacr3112s000) session.
• The language code which is defined in the Languages (tcmcs0146m000) session.

This field can only be accessed if you select Reference as the variable.

Column Heading

The description of the selected variable.

Col.Field

The place where the variable is printed on the reminder letter in the statement of account.

Col.Head

The place where the name of the column containing the variable must start on the statement of account.
