Reminder Line Layout (tfacr3101m000)
Use this session to define the actual format of the invoice information listed with the reminder letter. The layout of the listed data is also defined in this session.
You can define the exact position of the columns printed on the reminder letter.
On the appropriate menu, you can click to display the current layout.
Field Information
- Letter Number

The reminder letter number for which the layout can be defined or displayed in this session.
- Language
-
The language defined for this reminder letter number.
- Sequence No.

The sequence number.
Default value
LN increments the number by one for every new record.
The number determines the sequence of the data.
- Variable

The variable to specify the data included in the reminder letter.
You can define a format for 16 different variables. For each variable you select, a column is printed on the reminder letter.
Note: You can select one variable more than once and define different formats for it. - Format

The format to print the variables on the reminder letter.
LN enters the format when you select the variable, based on the language code defined for this letter number, in the Reminder Data (tfacr3100s000) session.

The text printed at the top of the column in the reminder letter that contains the selected variable.
