Select Financial Periods (tfacr0800m070)
Use this session to select the financial periods to view the Debtor Turnover Ratio Graph, for all the invoices and countries.
By default, the values of the current period and the previous two periods are displayed in the graph.
Field Information
- From

The From and To fields define a range of: years.
- Periods

The From and To fields define a range of: financial periods.
- To
-
The year. LN calculates the fiscal year and period based on the values specified in the From and the Periods fields.
Example: If you specify the value of the From as 2008 and Periods as 3 in the From fields, LN calculates the values for the To fields as 2008 and 5, respectively.
- Periods

The value of the period. LN calculates the fiscal year and period based on the values specified in the From field and Periods field.
- All Countries

If this check box is selected, the Top 5 customer's Debtor Turnover Ratio Graph displays customer details of all the countries.
- Country

The customer's country code.
- Description
-
The description or name of the code.
- All Currencies
-
If this check box is selected, the Top 5 Customer's Debtor Turnover Ratio Graph displays the details of all the invoices raised by the customers irrespective of the currencies.
Note: By default, the currencies are converted into common reporting currency. - Currency
