Archive and Delete Sales Price Calculation History (tdpcg2250m000)

Use this session to archive and/or delete sales price calculation history data.

Note: This session is displayed only if the Log History check box is selected in the Pricing Parameters (tdpcg0100m000)session.

Field Information

Price Calculation

The From and To fields define a range of: the sales and service price calculations.

Archive or Delete

Indicates the action that must be performed for the selected range of price calculations.

Allowed values

Delete Only: Deletes the selected data.
Archive Only: The selected data up to a specified date is saved by copying the data to an archiving company.
Archive and Delete: The selected data is copied to an archiving company and deleted.

Archive/Delete up to Date

The date and time up to which the price calculations must be considered.

Original Company

The company in which the selected price calculations exist.

Description

The description or name of the code.

Archive-to Company

The company to which the selected price calculations are archived.

Description

The description or name of the code.

Archive Common Master Data

If this check box is selected, the common master data is archived.

Archive Sales Master Data

If this check box is selected, the sales master data is archived.
