Assigned Rules (tcsec0160m000)
Use this session to view the permissions of the type, Assigned Rule. You can create a new rule in the Employee Authorization (tcsec1600m000) session and assign the new rule to an employee or employee group.
- These new, additional, or exceptional permission rules can be assigned without changing an existing authorization role or policy.
 - A rule can be assigned to only one business process (Project, Requisition, or Procurement).
 - You cannot add or delete a rule.

The ID of the assigned rule.
 - Description

The description or name of the code. This is a mandatory field.
 - Status
 - 
            
The authorization status. This value is defaulted from the Permissions (tcsec3100m000) session.
Allowed values
- Draft
 - 
               
The permission is created but not yet Active. However, the permissions are not considered for data authorization.
 - Active
 - 
               
The permission is Active and considered for data authorization, if the current date is between the Effective from and Effective to dates.
 
 - Created on
 - 
            
The date and time on which the rule is created. This value is defaulted from the Permissions (tcsec3100m000) session.
 - Created by
 - 
            
The user name who creates the rule. This value is defaulted from the Permissions (tcsec3100m000) session.
 - Expired
 - 
            
If this check box is selected, the assigned rule is set to Expired.
Note: If this check box is selected, you cannot modify the value of the Description field and the permissions cannot be applied. - Text
