Use this session to provide employees with complete or no access to the business processes, for a specified time period.
Field Information

The ID of the user is selected.

The name of the user.

The description or name of the code.

The type of user.
Allowed values
- System Administrator
 - 
               
The user has full access to the data.
 - System Interface
 - 
               
The user can create transactions for integrations with the external systems.
 - Obsolete User
 - 
               
The employee is not on the payroll. The authorization status is set to No Access.
 - Auditor
 - 
               
The user with access for Auditing.
 - Test User
 - 
               
The user with access to test the application.
 - Support User
 - 
               
The users with access to execute support activities.
 
 - Authorization
 - 
            
The authorization level assigned to the user.
Allowed values
- Full Access

 - From Date
 - 
            
The From and To fields define a range of: date and time period for which the data access is assigned or blocked for the user. For example, an external auditor only requires access for a restricted period. This is not a mandatory field.

If this check box is selected, the permission line is temporarily activated.
