Cancelling purchase orders with linked End User Declaration

Cancellation of a purchase order line that is linked to an EUD results in unlinking of the EUD.

When the link between order line and EUD is removed:

  • The EUD order consumed quantity and value are updated if the License by Supplier check box is selected).
  • The EUD compliance check results for the order line are deleted.
  • The license consumptions are updated (if a license was linked).
  • The license compliance check results for the order line are deleted (if a license was linked).

In case one of these actions is not executed, then the purchase order line cannot be cancelled.
