Generic Declarations

Generic End User Declarations (EUD) do not have item lines and can be used for each purchase order or purchase order line.

The link to a document is established on EUD header level in the End User Declaration (tcgtc3610m000) session. While generic EUDs don’t have item lines, no licenses can be linked to the EUD. When the registration of the end user declaration is only required without licenses and item registration, you can use Generic EUDs. A link between the EUS or Demand order and the EUD or Supply order is created using generic EUDs. You can inform the supplier about the end use of the components that are purchased.
