Initiating an End User Statement

  1. Create a sales order line with the data provided by the customer in the Sales Order Lines (tdsls4101m000) session. The sold-to business partner and the item being sold must be specified.
  2. Check if an EUS is required. Infor LN checks if the the Subject to Trade Compliance and/or the Contains Licence Tracking check box is selected for the item in the Items (tcibd0501m000) session.
  3. Click Create End User Statement in the Sales Order Lines (tdsls4101m000) session.
  4. Create an End User Statement (EUS) in the End User Statement (tcgtc3600m000) session based on the data received from the customer.
  5. Check if the data such as Item, End User and Consignee are provided by the customer.
  6. Request the customer to provide the data, if missing.
  7. Save the EUS.
  8. Click Print.
