An EUS is required by many governments to restrict the shipping of goods to destinations
that are not in accordance with the regulations. For example, embargoed states or rebel groups,
governments with bad human right records or states that are considered to be a threat by the
original supplier of the arms.
An EUS is applicable only during the sale of goods.
An EUS not only impacts the sales order or contract deliverable but also allows you to control and track the logistic process, including the import of purchase items required to manufacture the item that is sold.
