Inspection Order Test Data History (qmptc3515m000)

Use this session to display the test data history by characteristic. The data was previously entered in the Inspection Order Test Data (qmptc1115m000) details session.

Test data lines were generated based on the test quantity (see the Inspection Order Samples (qmptc1110m000) session).

Example

Sample quantity 100 pieces
Test quantity 20 pieces

Explanation: You must do five tests on twenty pieces to get a sample quantity of one hundred pieces (100/20=5). Consequently, five test lines are generated.

Field Information

Inspection Order

The code of the inspection order.

Sample

Inspection Line

The position number represents a characteristic that is measured. The measured value is entered as test data in the Inspection Order Test Data (qmptc1115m000) session.

Characteristic

characteristic

Characteristic Type

The type of value that is measured.

Item

Sample Part

A unique number that Infor LN generates to distinguish between the different measurements that you can do in one sample quantity. The number of measurements is based on the test quantity.

Sample quantity 100 pieces
Test quantity 20 pieces

Explanation: You must do five tests on twenty pieces to get a sample quantity of one hundred pieces (100/20=5). Consequently, five test lines are generated, with each an unique serial number.

Note: The total number of serial numbers cannot exceed the value of the sample quantity divided by the test quantity
Time of Test

The date and time when the test took place.

Measurement Value

The result of the test.

A numeric value is displayed if you select Quantitative in the Result Type field, and if the Characteristic Type field is not set to Option. If an algorithm is specified for the inspection order line, the algorithm calculated the numeric value that is displayed in this field.

Test Unit

The unit in which the test results are defined or calculated.

Note: This field does not apply if you enter Option in the Characteristic Type field.
Option Set

The name of the option set.

Option

The option that was found.

Note: Depending on what you entered in the Option Type field in the Options (qmptc0114m000) session, the option is either Acceptable or Not Acceptable.
Result

The result of the inspection.

Note: LN automatically generates a value, depending on the quality limits that you defined in the Standard Test Procedure Characteristics (qmptc0115m000) session and/or in the Options (qmptc0114m000) session.
Test Area

test areas

Assigned Employee

The person that performs the test on this characteristic.

Instrument

The default instrument used to measure the characteristic.

Description

The description or name of the code.

Instrument Number

The number of the instrument that can be used to trace the instrument.
