Test Group Characteristics (qmptc0137m000)

Use this session to create and maintain test group characteristics for a specified standard test procedure.

Field Information

Standard Test Procedure

The code of the standard test procedure.

Description

The description or name of the code.

Version

The version number of the standard test procedure. If you duplicate the standard test procedure, Infor LN assigns a new version number.

Test Group Number

The test group number.

Test Group

The code of the test group.

Description

The description or name of the code.

Test Type

The method by which the samples are taken from the order quantity.

Allowed values

Continuous Sampling

This type of sampling only takes place in case of mass production and is used to control processing. After a particular interval, a sample is drawn equally large as the sample size. A decision is taken based on the quality of the sample whether to continue the production or to stop and take corrective action. For this test type, data must be entered in the following fields:

  • - Frequency Unit
  • - Quantity
100

All items are inspected. The sample size and the order quantity have the same value.

Single Sampling

One sample out of the entire order quantity is inspected.

Sampling Rule

The sampling rule related to the test group.

Note: This field is available only if the Test Type is set to Sampling Rule.
Team

The code of the team which executes the test or is responsible for the test group.

Aspect

The code of the aspects.

Note: You can select this value from the Aspects (qmptc0102m000) or the Standard Test Procedure Characteristics (qmptc0115m000) session.
Description

The description or name of the code.

Characteristic

The code of the characteristic.

Note: You can select this value from the Characteristics (qmptc0101m000) or the Standard Test Procedure Characteristics (qmptc0115m000) session.
Description

The description or name of the code.

Reference Designator

The location where the item component can be inserted. This value is used to differentiate between two test group lines with the same data.

Note: You can select this value from the Reference Designators (tcmcs0190m000) or the Standard Test Procedure Characteristics (qmptc0115m000) session.
Description

The description or name of the code.

Defect Classification

The severity of the defect.

Allowed values

Critical
Major
Minor
Not Applicable
Test Sequence

The sequence in which the characteristics are tested.

Characteristic Usage

The usage type of the characteristic.

Allowed values

Analytical

The limits defined for the characteristic cannot be modified in the standard test procedure.

Variable

The limits defined for the characteristic can be modified in the standard test procedure

Limit

The value at which the quality of the characteristic is accepted. This value is expressed in the characteristic unit.

Lower Limit

The minimum value of the norm value up to which the quality of the characteristic is acceptable. The value is expressed in characteristic unit.

Upper Limit

The maximum value of the norm value up to which the quality of the characteristic is acceptable. The value is expressed in characteristic unit.

Option Set
