Rule Status Change Log (qmptc2141m000)

Use this session to view and maintain the status log of the ship to stock rule. Log data is generated when the STS rule status is modified.

Ship to Stock Rule ID

The identification code of the STS rule.

Line

The position number of the rule status change log line.

Status

The status of the STS rule.

Allowed values

Inactive

The line is created. This is the default status.

Active

When the entry criteria condition is met.

Re-Validation

When the criteria for re-validation is met.

Canceled

When the entry criteria is invalid. This status can set the status manually.

Ship to Stock Rule

The rule code that contains entry, exit and re-validate criteria for the STS rule.

Previous Status

The status prior to the current status of the STS rule.

Allowed values

Inactive

The line is created. This is the default status.

Active

Re-Validation

When the criteria for re-validation is met.

Canceled

When the entry criteria is invalid. This status can set the status manually.

Status Change Date

The date on which this status is modified.

Number of Consecutive Inspections to be Accepted

The number of accepted order inspections after which the STS Rule Status is set to Active.

Number of Rejections/Non-Conformances/Failures

The number of order inspection rejections, non-conformance, and FRACAS after which the STS status is set to Inactive.

Rejection Horizon (Days)

The number of days within which the above rejection count must be reached to exit STS.

Note: This value is defaulted from the Ship to Stock Rules (qmptc0140m000) session.
Default Ship to Stock Validity (days)

The validity period for the STS rule specified for the item, E-item revision and effectivity unit combination.

Note: This value is defaulted from the Ship to Stock Rules (qmptc0140m000) session.
After Number of Order Inspections Skips

The number of skipped order inspections after which the STS rule must be re-validated.

Note: 
  • Either number of order inspections or number of days or both can be specified.

The number of days after which the STS rule must be re-validated.

The number of orders that must be accepted for re-validation.

Indicates that the conformance documents will be auto-certified.
