Corrective Action Plans (qmcpl1600m000)

Use this session to create, view, specify, and maintain corrective action plan (CAP) data and the tasks related to the CAP.

Filters

You can use these filters to display the appropriate selection of CAPs:

  • General Filter

    By Category, Owner, Approver, Item or a combination of these fields.
  • Status Filter

    By report status.
  • Date Filter

    By planned completion date.

Graph

You can also view a graphical representation of the CAP lines for the current day or a specified time range. Specify the type of data to be displayed based on these options:

  • Status By Category: You can view the CAP lines based on the status, by Category
  • Average Resolution Time by Category: You can view the representation of order inspections closed within 30days (planned completion date - planned start date).
  • Ageing Analysis by Category: You can view the representation of open NCR lines, based on the age of the inspection. Age is the difference between the current date and the date on which the CAP is created.

    Refers to the Corrective Action Plan (qmcpl1100m900) session. When you double-click a line, the Tasks (qmcpl1105m000) session is started.
Note: 

When the CAP lines with status set to Completed are closed, using the Close Plan option from the Actions Menu, LN prompts you to authorize the action and displays the Authentication Request window. You must specify these information:

  • Reason for signing: The purpose of the document. You must select the reason from the list.
  • User Comments: You can specify the additional information.
  • Username: The username of the authorized signature.
  • Password: The password of the authorized signature.
Note: The check marks in the Filter section indicate the filters are activated in this session.

Category

The code of the corrective action plan (CAP) category.

Description

The description or name of the code.

Owner

The code of the user responsible for monitoring the tasks that are performed for the CAP.

Description

The description or name of the code.

Approver

The user responsible for the approval of the tasks that are performed for the CAP.

Description

The description or name of the code.

Site

The site for which the Corrective Action Plans (CAPs) are displayed.

Item

The code of the item.

Description

The description or name of the code.

Open

Click Open to activate this filter. The CAPs with the status, Open are displayed.

Note: The count of the CAPs are displayed irrespective of the filter and the check box setting.
Submitted

Click Submitted to activate this filter. The CAPs with the status, Submitted are displayed.

Note: The count of the CAPs are displayed irrespective of the filter and the check box setting.
Approved

Click Approved to activate this filter. The CAPs with the status, Approved are displayed.

Note: The count of the CAPs are displayed irrespective of the filter and the check box setting.
Modified

Click Modified to activate this filter. The CAPs with the status, Modified are displayed.

Note: The count of the CAPs are displayed irrespective of the filter and the check box setting.
Closed

Click Closed to activate this filter. The CAPs with the status, Closed are displayed.

Note: The count of the CAPs are displayed irrespective of the filter and the check box setting.
Cancelled

Click Canceled to activate this filter. The CAPs with the status, Canceled are displayed.

Note: The count of the CAPs are displayed irrespective of the filter and the check box setting.
Past Due

Click Past Due to activate this filter. The CAPs that are past the due date are displayed.

The count of the CAPs are displayed irrespective of the filter and the check box setting.

Due Today

Click Due Today to activate this filter. The CAPs that are due today are displayed.

The count of the CAPs are displayed irrespective of the filter and the check box setting.

Due 1-7 Days

Click Due 1-7 Days to activate this filter. The CAPs that are due within the next seven days are displayed.

The count of the CAPs are displayed irrespective of the filter and the check box setting.

Due > 7 Days

Click Due > 7 Days to activate this filter. The CAPs that are due beyond the next seven days are displayed.
