Generate Audit Files (lpisr0200m000)

Use this session to generate tax audit files required to perform audit with Israel Tax Authority. A computerized accounting system management software is used to generate tax audit file in Israel.

Two files are generated based on the finalized transactions:

INI.TXT: Production data summary file
BKMVDATA.TXT: Business information data file that is compressed using a software.

The generated audit file is required annually (once in a financial year) as per the legal requirement of Israel. The Period range is provided to generate and verify the files at frequent intervals within the company and not for submitting the files to the government in every period.

Field Information

Finance Company: The financial company in which the tax audit file is generated.
Company Set: The code of the company set defined in Company Sets (tcemm1175m000) session.
Multi Year: If this check box is selected, the tax audit file can be generated for multiple years.
Date Range: The From and To fields define a range of: date and time for which the tax audit file is generated.
Single Year: If this check box is selected, the tax audit file can be generated only for a single year.
Fiscal Year: The tax year for which the audit file is generated.
Period: The From and To fields define a range of: periods for which the audit file is generated.
A100 - Opening Record: Indicates if the BKMVDATA.TXT file includes the opening record data about the system.
B100 - Accounting Transactions: If this check box is selected, the INI.TXT file includes the total accounting act records data (all finalized transactions) and the BKMVDATA.TXT file includes the accounting acts data.
B110 - Accounting Accounts: If this check box is selected, the INI.TXT and the BKMVDATA.TXT files include the total accounting accounts data (ledger accounts).
C100 - Document Headers: Indicates if the INI.TXT and the BKMVDATA.TXT files include the headers for the document titles.
D110 - Document Details: If this check box is selected, INI.TXT and the BKMVDATA.TXT files include the details of the different types of documents.
D120 - Receipt Details: If this check box is selected, INI.TXT and the BKMVDATA.TXT files include the receipt details.
M100 - Inventory Items: If this check box is selected, INI.TXT and the BKMVDATA.TXT files include the details of the items in inventory.
Z900 - End Record: Indicates if the INI.TXT and the BKMVDATA.TXT files include the closing record data.
Folder path to generate files: The file path in which the generated tax audit file is saved.
