Print Hours and Expenses (bptmm1400m000)

Use this session to print a report for a selected range of employees, teams, or machines.

To print a report:

  1. Specify a selection range.
  2. Click Spec. Employees to use the list of specific employees rather than specifying a range of employees.
  3. Under Print Transactions For, select the appropriate transaction type(s).
  4. If required, click the appropriate Details link to further specify the range.
  5. Under Report Options, select either of the following report types:
    • Consolidated Report

      The report displays the labor time totals per labor type and day.
    • Detailed Report

      Every entered hours line is printed.
  6. Click Print.
  7. In the Select Report dialog box, select the appropriate report layout.
  8. Click OK.
Note: If you choose to print a detailed report, and you select the Entity in Report View check box, you can group the report by entity type, for example, by project or by production order.

Consolidated Report

Select the appropriate report option:

  • Consolidated Report

    The report displays the labor time totals per labor type and day only for the selected transaction types.
  • Detailed Report

    Every entered hours line is printed only for the selected transaction types.
Entity in Report View

If you choose to print a detailed report, and you select the Entity in Report View check box, you can group the report by entity type, for example, by project or by production order.

Hours

If this check box is selected, the hours registered are included in the report.

Expenses

If this check box is selected, the expenses registered are included in the report.

Text

If this check box is selected, the report includes a text related to the hours.

Include Processed Transactions

If this check box is selected, the processed hours are included in the report.

Update Print Status

If this check box is selected, the print status of a transaction is set to Yes (printed).

If this check box is cleared, the print status of a transaction remains No (not printed).

Note: This setting applies to both types of report.
Work Cell

If this check box is selected, you can specify the work cell related hours that must be printed.

Work Cell

The From and To fields define a range of: work cell transactions that must be printed.
